Answers to common questions
What is the longest and shortest trip I can book?
We accept bookings for no less than 3 days and can accomodate longer booking subject to availabilty. Booking for 3 nights cost £145 per night, 4-5 nights cost £140 per night and 6-7plus nights is £135 per night plus 2 FREE Tentpop500 beanie hats.
Will I be refunded if I need to cancel?
Bookings for more than 14 days in advance are secured with a 20% non refundable discount. If you book within 14 days of departure, then full payment is taken at time of booking and if you need to cancel then the booking amount minus the deposit will be refunded to you.
Do I need to provide my own insurance cover for the van?
No, we cover all adults aged 25-75 with our comprehensive insurance for driving in the UK.
Can I bring my pet?
Yet, we are animal friendly and even provide a dog cage for your pet.
